Summoning Of The Muse是Projekt 廠牌出品，陣容上除了Black Tape For A BlueGirl、Arcana、Dark Sanctuary、Autumn’s Grey Solace等自家旗下音樂單位外，也有一度合作過的Rajna，以及Faith & The Muse、Chandeen、Stoa知名等等隊伍。當中超過半數曲目是獨家作品，難得是曾參與過The Lotus Eaters的Arcana和Faith & The Muse也獻上全新的DCD改編曲目，反之Projekt旗下頭號樂團BTFABG的清雅脫俗、不吃人間煙火版Fortune Presents Gifts Not According To The Book(取自Aion專輯) ，卻在此「翻叮」。

比起之前的DCD致敬專輯，Summoning Of The Muse內的曲目乃有意保留DCD作品裡內含的Darkware/Heavenly Voices神髓。像Dark Sanctuary的Summoning Of The Muse幾乎是照板煮碗地重玩出來（只是末段加入了軍鼓演奏）。法國二人組合Rajna演繹Within The Realm Of A Dying Sun專輯的Cantara在鋪排與配器音色上也沒有多大改動，蠻原汁原味。瑞典中世紀樂團Arcana玩The Arcane這首來自85年經典EP著作Garden Of The Arcane Delights的曲目，忽然發覺此歌名跟其樂團名字竟是如斯形同近似，連Peter Bjargo也或多或少模仿了Brendan Perry的唱腔。

Christian Death家族分支歌德二人樂隊Faith & The Muse玩Serpent’s Egg的Chant Of The Paladin，其Chanting吟唱則更具祭禮氣息。Mirabilis玩同樣來自Serpent’s Egg時一曲The Writing On My Father’s Hand，卻換上那麼靜清幽的詮釋。91年精選專輯A Passage In Time內之鳥語花香新曲Bird，落在Kobe手上乃更強調其部落節奏。

而Autumns Grey Solace的夢幻悽迷Shoegazer版Musica Eternal(來自Dead Can Dance專輯)、Chandeen的純美Dream-Pop版In Power We Entrust The Love Advocated(來自Garden Of The Arcane Delights EP)、Stoa發思古幽情新古典版Cantara(來自Within The Realm Of A Dying Sun)，感覺頗見迥然不同且別出心裁，但仍可師承到相當的DCD音樂底蘊。

畢竟這群樂隊乃無意掩飾DCD對他們留下的深厚薰陶。
