This little puppy popped up on site (where i work) this morning. Apparently she was having so much fun that didn’t want to leave at all and ended up being dragged off by her daddy

Anyway, it has been a depressive week at work.
Call me negative but I KNEW the job would turn up messy like this. Some unfit leader essentially pissed everyone off and upsets the whole team…
- Made up a goal which is hardly possible to achive, despite lots of disapprovals from exprienced staff; There should be a line between ‘challenge’ and ‘suicide’, okay?
- Even worse: announce the impossible due date to a picky client who is already unconfident in us.
- Believe it or not, there is something call ‘random error’. I know you are proud of your ‘perfect’ plan but the world is never going to be perfect. Shit happends all the time, especially in construction stage. So be prepared and deal with it.
I don’t mind doing stuff that is not in my job description as long as it helps. However, I DO mind following a plan destined to fail, which makes me powerless, like on a sinking ship.
Maybe I should start thinking about a new job rather than promotion/pay rise from this moment :unsure:
