Good bye, Dr Garrick Tonks.

 

To all students:

You will have heard the very sad news about Garry’s death.
Garry Tonks has been a member of our staff since 1991 and he has been important in both teaching and administrative roles. We are going to miss him very much and I am sure that this is the situation for many students.
We would like to meet collectively this week to discuss Garry and his work, to remember him and to acknowledge his contributions. This occasion would be for all students and all staff.
The event is on Thursday 30th April at 4-00 in the exhibition studio.
You will have the opportunity to reflect on Garry in the context of our community.

A service for Garry will be held at St Mary’s in Holy Trinity, 446 Parnell Road, Parnell, on Tuesday 28 April at 2.30pm. (Tomorrow)
