第二次去首都惠灵顿, 而且是坐飞机, 就是为了到Te Papa博物馆看达芬奇的真迹-而且我们真的看到了.
就是前天,我眼睛和他的画距离是1cm…传说中左手写成的”反字”, 还有超级精细的sketch, 难以想像它们竟然已经跨越了几百年
(光是看他的几张笔记就兴奋成这样, 真不知道在罗浮宫看Mona Lisa的时候我们会不会激动得晕倒)

展览里还有Michelangelo, Raphael…, 不过主角当然是Leonardo Da Vinci啦;)
可惜, 这个所谓皇家画展竟然没有票可以给我留念,而且博物馆里面纪念品都卖光了, 连70元的catalogue也是….
所以我们只能在门口拍个大头照过瘾.

惠灵顿是个小小的海边城市,
规划虽然简单, 建筑却一点都不沉闷
特别是屋顶, 处处可见怪异的衍生物.
还有就是, 街上有很多无里头的雕塑,
也许他们觉得’文化’就体现在这里?
这里的人总是强调自己是首府,听起来有点自大…不过其实街上的人都很友善, 甚至可以说是书卷气 (连bus driver都很帅)

我们还去了维多利亚大学游荡, 还混进他们的建筑系拍照.
学期第一天, 没有学生在里面, 所以就迅速拍了几张
studio的规模是小了一点, 只是很有工作的感觉
我喜欢他们工厂味的展览区和电梯, 比奥大的黄色木楼梯顺眼多了

有点破旧的小巷, 电车, 卖琐碎东西的小店…每次都会让我想起广州
很想转到这里生活
我已经不是第一次这么说:)

The weather in the CAPITAL city is cloudy and chill, same as my last visit. There are still so many interesting bits and pieces which keep me off the route. I know it’s impossible to hav all of ‘em anyway. Feel free to go to my Flickr album and hav a peep.

Welly is such a city of randomness ;)
